Holly began her insurance career in 2009 in broking, developing extensive experience across the Professional Indemnity market and progressing to senior management roles. During her broking career, she worked with a wide range of clients and professions, building strong technical knowledge and market relationships.

Following many successful years in broking, Holly transitioned into underwriting in 2024 and is now a Senior Underwriter at MUM. Her combined broking and underwriting experience provides valuable insight into both client and broker requirements, supporting her practical and commercial approach to risk assessment.
