The Digital Proposal Form PDFs allow you to complete the form on the computer. We have introduced a special feature that lets you save it, this means that you no longer have to complete the form in one session. You can also sign the form with a digital signature.
A digital signature is a way to ensure that an electronic document is authentic. This means that the recipient knows who completed the document and that it has not been altered in any way since that person completed the form. You may wish to print the form and simply post/scan/fax using a “wet signature” – both “digital” and “wet” signatures are acceptable. More information regarding digital signatures is provided within the document.
IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE DIGITAL PROPOSAL FORMS YOU WILL NEED VERSION 8.1.2 OR LATER OF ADOBE READER.
